Job Description :

  • Develop and execute strategic plans for the new brand's growth and market penetration.
  • Identify market opportunities and consumer insights to shape the brand's positioning and strategy.
  • Plan and implement marketing campaigns to promote the new brand.
  • Manage all aspects of digital marketing, including social media, content creation, SEO, and email marketing.
  • Design and execute below-the-line initiatives to increase brand visibility and engagement at the grassroots level.
  • Foster a strong brand community through interactive and engaging campaigns.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team to integrate brand strategies into overall marketing plans.
  • Track and analyze the performance of marketing activities and campaigns.
  • Provide regular reports on brand performance and strategic recommendations for continuous improvement.

Requirements

Job Requirements :

  • At least 7+ years of proven experience in the FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) industry.
  • Demonstrated experience in brand management and new product development.
  • Strong background in digital marketing and below-the-line (BTL) activation.
