As our Brand Manager, you will be the visionary leader and business owner fully responsible for driving the market dominance, brand equity, and commercial success of our fragrance lineup. You will take strategic ownership of the brand P&L, product lifecycle development, and high conversion marketing matrix. Your primary mission is to orchestrate cross functional teams including creative, performance marketing, and supply chain to achieve aggressive revenue milestones while crafting a deeply loved, culturally relevant fragrance brand.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the comprehensive annual and monthly brand strategy, commercial roadmaps, and marketing calendars to ensure sustainable growth.
- Manage the brand profit and loss statement meticulously, optimizing marketing budgets, pricing structures, and product margins to maximize business profitability.
- Conceptualize and lead the end to end product development lifecycle for new fragrance variants, from olfactory concept, custom packaging design, to launch positioning.
- Orchestrate high impact multi channel marketing campaigns across digital marketplaces, TikTok content ecosystems, and offline retail activations to drive massive customer acquisition.
- Analyze market trends, consumer behavior shifts, and competitor movements continuously to identify untapped market opportunities and adjust brand positioning.
- Collaborate closely with the inventory control, digital ads, and creator relations teams to ensure stock availability aligns perfectly with active promotional pushes.
- Establish clear brand guidelines and maintain absolute consistency in brand voice, aesthetic visuals, and identity across all consumer touchpoints.
- Set, monitor, and evaluate key performance indicators for the brand health and sales performance, providing regular strategic reports to the executive board.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Management, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of proven experience in Brand Management, Product Marketing, or Category Management, specifically within the fast growing beauty, cosmetics, personal care, or FMCG industry.
- Strong track record of successfully launching new products and scaling brand revenues significantly in the Indonesian digital landscape.
- Deep commercial acumen with solid experience managing marketing budgets, pricing strategies, and analyzing financial growth metrics.
- Exceptional leadership and project management skills with a proven ability to inspire, coordinate, and drive cross functional creative and operational teams.
