We're looking for a Commercial Brand Manager who combines strong commercial thinking with a passion for building brands. This role goes beyond marketing—you'll own business performance, shape product strategy, and work cross-functionally to drive sustainable growth across online and offline channels.

What You'll Drive

• Brand Growth & Business Performance

Own the brand's revenue, profitability, and market share by developing annual business plans, pricing strategies, promotional calendars, and commercial initiatives that deliver sustainable growth.

• Product Portfolio & Lifecycle Management

Lead the product roadmap together with Product, Creative, and Sales teams—from identifying new opportunities and launching products to managing slow-moving items and product phase-outs.

• Brand Positioning & Consumer Experience

Build and maintain a strong, consistent brand positioning across every customer touchpoint and product category, ensuring MOOIMOM remains relevant, trusted, and differentiated in the market.

• Go-to-Market Excellence

Plan and execute end-to-end product launches, including product messaging, creative assets, pricing, channel rollout, and post-launch performance to maximize commercial success.

• Omnichannel Commercial Strategy

Partner with Ecommerce, Wholesale, Retail, and Sales teams to ensure a consistent brand experience while optimizing assortment, promotions, and commercial performance across every channel.

• Live Commerce & Content Growth

Work closely with Creative and Livestream teams to develop high-converting live commerce strategies, compelling product storytelling, and content that drives engagement and sales.

• Influencer & Affiliate Strategy

Lead the end-to-end KOL and affiliate strategy by selecting the right partners, guiding campaign execution, ensuring content quality, and measuring ROI to maximize both brand equity and revenue.

• Data-Driven Business Decisions

Analyze weekly business performance, identify growth opportunities, solve commercial challenges, and turn insights into actionable strategies that improve revenue and profitability.

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in Brand Management, Product Marketing, Category Management, or other commercial marketing roles.
  • Proven experience in FMCG, Consumer Goods, Retail, Fashion, Beauty, Mother & Baby, or D2C brands within a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong hands-on experience managing brands across Shopee, Tokopedia, TikTok Shop, or other e-commerce platforms.
  • Proven ownership of P&L, revenue growth, pricing strategy, and profit margin management.
  • Experience leading product portfolio management, new product launches, and product lifecycle strategy.
  • Strong commercial judgment with the ability to analyze business performance and translate data into strategic decisions.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills with experience collaborating across Product, Creative, Sales, Ecommerce, and Retail teams.
  • Creative thinker with strong business acumen and the ability to develop impactful commercial initiatives.
  • Professional proficiency in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
