You will:
- Monitor and drive performance across key brand channels: KOL/influencer campaigns, social media, and organic content.
- Analyze results from each campaign and channel building weekly and monthly reports with clear insights and recommendations.
- Manage relationships with KOLs and creators: from shortlisting and briefing to reviewing performance and building long-term partnerships.
- Lead and contribute to campaign planning: brainstorming concepts, collaborating on visual direction, and ensuring timelines stay on track.
- Work closely with creative and content teams to ensure output is both on-brand and optimized for engagement.
- Coordinate launches and marketing moments across socmed platforms as well as sales platform (Instagram, TikTok, email, offline) with measurable impact.
- Keep a tight feedback loop continually testing, learning, and iterating across touchpoints
You are:
- 35 years into a marketing or brand role, ideally in consumer goods, beauty, or lifestyle categories.
- Analytical and goal-driven: you care about reach, engagement, conversions, and know how to work toward them.
- Comfortable working with metrics (e.g. EMV, CPV, ROAS, engagement rate) and interpreting trends.
- Experienced in managing creators or influencer partnerships from sourcing through reporting.
- Confident contributing to creative conversations: visual thinking, copy ideas, cultural insights.
- Organized and proactive you dont wait for answers; you seek them out and move things forward.
- Familiar with tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok reporting, or equivalents.
