Job Description

Role overview:
We're looking for a hands-on Brand Growth Manager to partner with client brands and own their performance growth using Upscale's services. You will design and execute full-funnel strategies across TikTok and Shopee with emphasis on live shopping, content funnels, KOL & affiliate activation, and paid campaigns. You will coordinate internal teams (livestream producers, content creators, performance ads, analytics) and external partners (KOLs, affiliates) to deliver predictable and scalable results.

Key responsibilities:
Develop and lead full-funnel growth strategies for clients on TikTok and Shopee (awareness consideration conversion retention).
Design and scale live shopping strategies: format, timing, promo mechanics, script & flow, host coaching, and post-live follow-up.
Own content strategy and calendar: short-form TikTok content, product teasers, UGC direction, creative testing, and optimization.
Plan and optimize paid media across TikTok Ads and Shopee Ads: targeting, creative tests, bidding, budget allocation, and ROAS optimization.
Monitor, analyze, and report performance; translate data into actionable growth plans.
Coordinate cross-functional teams to execute campaigns (livestream ops, content production, creative, performance, analytics, client servicing).

Run A/B tests, conversion rate optimizations on product detail pages (PDP), and recommend merchandising/UX changes in partnership with clients.
Build playbooks and scale repeatable tactics across similar categories.

Required qualifications:
3+ years of experience in growth/brand/campaign roles for e-commerce or agency environments (mid-to-senior level).
Deep operational knowledge of TikTok ecosystem (organic + TikTok Shop + TikTok Ads) and Shopee (Shopee Live, Seller Center, Shopee Ads).
Proven track record running successful live commerce campaigns and measurable GMV growth.
Strong understanding of content funnels, KOL & affiliate activation, and paid media optimization.
Data-driven: able to analyze performance (ROAS, GMV, conversion rate, AOV, CAC) and make strategic decisions. Proficient with Excel; experience with BI tools, Google Analytics, and platform analytics is preferred.
Excellent stakeholder communication and project management skills.
Comfortable managing multiple clients concurrently and working in a fast-paced agency setting.
Fluent in Indonesian; English proficiency for platform documentation and reporting is a plus.

Preferred:
Experience leading teams or mentoring juniors.
Existing network of KOLs/influencers and affiliate partners in Indonesia.
Certifications in TikTok For Business or Shopee training programs.
