Key Responsibilities
- Conduct market, category, and consumer research to identify opportunities and unmet needs.
- Develop strong product concepts, claims, and value propositions aligned with brand positioning.
- Translate consumer insights into clear product briefs for R&D and manufacturing partners.
- Work with internal teams and OEM partners during sampling, formulation alignment, and feasibility reviews.
- Drive packaging direction, ensuring alignment with brand identity and consumer expectations.
- Coordinate regulatory submissions (BPOM), documentation, and labeling alignment in partnership with the regulatory team.
- Collaborate with Brand Marketing for launch readiness and go-to-market excellence.
- Review post-launch data, consumer feedback, and competitive performance to refine future innovations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Pharmacy, Chemistry, Food Technology, or related fields.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in brand development, product management, innovation, or NPD within FMCG/beauty industries.
- Strong understanding of consumer research, market trends, and product concepting.
- Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Ability to connect consumer insight product idea brand proposition execution.
- Analytical, structured, and comfortable working in fast-paced environments.
- Willing to relocate to Purbalingga; candidates from the Barlingmascakeb region are preferred.
Requirements
- Proven experience working with creative, marketing, or R&D teams in product development projects.
- Ability to create structured product briefs, concept boards, or claim frameworks.
- Familiarity with BPOM, labeling rules, and regulatory documentation (preferred but not mandatory).
- Strong understanding of FMCG, consumer behavior, and category dynamics.
- Comfortable conducting desk research, competitor analysis, and consumer insight exploration.
- Strong communication and presentation skills to articulate product concepts and strategies.
- High ownership mindset, proactive problem-solving, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
