Brand Building Lead

We're looking for Brand Building Leaders who passionate about creating strategic brand, creative storytelling, insight-driven impact. Each leaders will be embedded for specific Paragon's Brand.

Job Descriptions :

1. Drives revenue growth within a specific brand .

2. Running E2E business, make sure planning, flawless execution, effective and efficient .

3. Identifies on market opportunities and how to responds with Consumer & Market Foresight.

4. Develop NPD stories and promotional concepts in collaboration with Brand Development to enhance brand awareness.

5. Create comprehensive brand plans (3 months 1 year), including sales targets, product introductions, campaigns, communication strategy and budgeting for various marketing activities.

6. Ensure developed products meet market needs and target audience expectations.

7. Coordinate with Digital, Media, and Public Relations for brand planning and campaign execution.

8. Coordinate with Costumer Marketing Management and Market Development to ensure brand activation at the area and channel levels.

9. Coordinate with Brand Development and Product Acceleration Squad to provide insights related to product development.

10. Ensure flawless execution from feasibility to launch of NPD with the Product Acceleration Squad.
