Responsibilities
The Brand Activation Staff is responsible for the end-to-end coordination and execution of brand activation programs, corporate events, and sales support activities. This role sits within the Communications & Marketing team and works closely with Sales, Corporate Communications, and external vendors to deliver on-brand, on-time event experiences.
Brand Activation & Event Execution
- Plan and execute brand activation events, both internal and external, from concept through to post-event reporting.
- Manage event logistics including vendor sourcing, venue coordination, setup, and on-ground supervision.
- Develop and maintain event rundowns, timelines, and briefing documents.
- Ensure all activations are aligned with brand guidelines and visual identity standards.
Sales Support
- Provide activation and logistical support for Sales-driven events, roadshows, and exhibitions.
- Prepare promotional materials, product displays, and engagement tools for sales-related activations.
- Coordinate closely with the Sales team on scheduling, requirements, and post-event follow-up.
Cross-Departmental Coordination
- Liaise with internal stakeholders across departments to align event objectives and resource requirements.
- Collaborate with creative, digital, and communications teams to ensure integrated and consistent campaign execution.
- Maintain an up-to-date events calendar and proactively flag scheduling conflicts.
Administration & Reporting
- Track event budgets and coordinate vendor invoices and purchase orders.
- Prepare post-event reports covering attendance, feedback, and key performance outcomes.
- Maintain organized records of event materials, vendor contracts, and databases
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 (one) internship experience in brand activation, events, or marketing.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple events simultaneously.
- Good interpersonal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with event or project management tools is a plus.
- Willing to work flexible hours during event execution periods.
