Job Overview

A Third-Party Logistics (3PL) company specializing in transportation, freight forwarding, and warehousing services. The company delivers integrated, end-to-end logistics solutions with a strong focus on operational excellence, service quality, and sustainable business growth, supporting a diverse customer base across multiple industries.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead overall branch operations including trucking operations, fleet maintenance, sales, finance, and supporting functions.
  • Develop and execute business strategies to achieve revenue growth, profitability, and market expansion.
  • Own and manage branch P&L, budgeting, cost control, and asset optimization.
  • Ensure operational compliance with SOPs, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, vendors, and strategic partners.
  • Lead, coach, and develop cross-functional teams to drive performance and talent growth.
  • Monitor branch performance through KPIs, operational, and financial reports.
  • Coordinate closely with Head Office and Top Management on strategic initiatives and reporting.
  • Identify new business opportunities and proactively manage operational and business risks.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or related fields (Master's degree is an advantage).
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in logistics / transportation / 3PL, with 35 years at senior management level.
  • Strong knowledge of trucking operations, fleet management, and logistics business processes.
  • Proven experience in P&L management, cost efficiency, and business growth.
  • Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and decision-making abilities.
  • High integrity, result-driven mindset, and willingness to travel as required.
  • Willing to be placed in Jakarta
