Branch Manager

PT Sinar Mas Multifinance, established in 1985, is a leading financing company in Indonesia. This is a full-time on-site role for a Branch Manager, located in Sukabumi. The Branch Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, developing and implementing business strategies, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role involves monitoring financial performance, managing budgets, and meeting sales targets. The Branch Manager will also be in charge of training and development of team members, as well as promoting a positive work environment.

• Experience in branch management, sales, and team leadership
• Strong financial acumen and budget management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in using information technology to optimize branch operations
• Ability to develop and implement effective business strategies
• Bachelor&aposs degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
• Experience in the financing industry is a plus
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently
