Job Summary
Responsible for planning, directing, monitoring, and evaluating overall sales and branch operations, including sell-in/sell-out activities, marketing, business development, warehouse & logistics, aftersales service, and administration. To ensure effective execution, compliance with company procedures, and achievement of sales and distribution targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
Job Descriptions
- Lead sales planning and forecasting by reviewing inventory levels, dealer payment capacity, marketing programs, and market conditions; conduct routine dealer visits to ensure product education, stock readiness, and display compliance.
- Drive branch sales performance by managing dealer negotiations (sales, branding, and support programs), monitoring sell-in/sell-out achievement, branch growth, and ensuring timely dealer payment collection.
- Expand business opportunities through structured canvassing, adding new potential dealers, developing new sales channels, and executing market/competitor analysis to support growth strategies.
- Strengthen retail execution by ensuring sales consultant availability, maintaining booth/display standards, and enforcing grooming and operational guidelines.
- Oversee aftersales activities by resolving customer complaints and ensuring installation, maintenance, and service visits meet company standards and timelines.
- Manage warehouse and logistics operations by maintaining optimal inventory levels, ensuring accurate stock movements and stock opname, and monitoring timely and compliant delivery to dealers.
- Prepare and review key branch reports, including monthly performance, routine sales reports, P&L, and competitor movement updates to support data-driven decision-making.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (S1).
- 46 years of work experience.
- Minimum 2 years as a Branch Manager, preferably in the consumer electronics industry.
- Must have experience managing the Jakarta area market, including dealer networks and local sales dynamics.
- Preferably experienced in managing B2B channels.
- Strong competencies in Planning & Organizing, Problem Solving, Business Acumen, Public Relations, Business Development, Account Management, Distribution, Sales Forecasting, and Sales Strategy.
