We are looking for a Regional Sales Director / Branch Manager who is ready to drive sales, build a strong team, and make an impact in the future of digital education in Indonesia.

What Youll Do:
Sales & Business Development
- Manage and grow sales in your region
- Hire, train, and mentor Sales Executives
- Plan and execute sales strategies
- Personally handle key sales deals
Operations & Team Management
- Supervise Lead Tutors and ensure high retention rates
- Find and manage a physical location for the school
- andle budgeting, legal duties, and administration
- Personally handle key sales deals
- Key Success Metrics (KPIs): Number of sales, Customer acquisition cost, Retention rate, Profit growth
Marketing & Growth
- Oversee and improve marketing activities
- Identify new marketing opportunities
- Organize and manage offline promotions (events, flyers, etc.)
Who Were Looking For:
- Bachelor&aposs degree (Economics, Business, Engineering, or related field)
- 3+ years of experience as a Sales Supervisor, Sales Leader, Sales Director, Branch Manager
- Fluent in English
- Strong skills in Sales Strategy, Data Analysis, CRM Systems, Google Sheets/Excel
