About the Role
The Branch Head will assume full operational authority over the Surabaya branch, with oversight across freight, trucking, finance, maintenance, and sales functions. This is a senior, hands-on leadership role responsible for driving branch performance and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee all branch operations across freight, trucking, finance, maintenance & workshop, and sales
- Develop and execute creative business proposals to expand the branch's commercial pipeline
- Build and maintain strong client relationships within the Surabaya market
- Ensure operational targets are met and aligned with group-level business objectives
- Maintain an active, hands-on presence in the field alongside the operational team
Requirements
- Proven experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or transportation, ideally in a branch or regional leadership capacity
- Strong commercial acumen with a demonstrated background in sales or business development
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to build, execute, and deliver independently
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across multiple levels of leadership
- Surabaya-based or willing to relocate to Surabaya
