Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic plans to drive the growth of the Treasures Bancassurance portfolio within the Consumer Banking Group
- Collaborate with the Treasures Relationship Managers to identify and capitalize on cross-selling opportunities
- Provide subject matter expertise and training to the Treasures Relationship Managers on bancassurance products and services
- Analyze market trends and customer behavior to identify new opportunities and enhance the Treasures Bancassurance offering
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and internal policies
- Contribute to the development and implementation of innovative bancassurance solutions
Requirements
- Experience in the banking or insurance industry, with a focus on bancassurance
- Strong understanding of the Treasures customer segment and their financial needs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with both internal and external stakeholders
- Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
- Proven track record of driving sales and achieving targets
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
