Peran ini melibatkan pemeliharaan database tenaga kerja, pelaporan turnover, serta koordinasi rekrutmen. Tim BPO memastikan operasional logistik berjalan lancar dengan sumber daya manusia yang optimal.
Job Description
Manage People Matters as Human Resource Business Partner 8 Warehouse and more than 100 hub.
- Manpower Management ( > 30.000 MP)
- Talent Management
- Performance Management
- IR Management ( Termination, Development, Coaching)
- HR Process Improvement
- Campaign Management ( Harbolnas. Double Date Campaign, Event, Etc )
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor Degree (S1) in Industrial Engineering / Management / Law or relevant field
- Min. 4 years of work experience in HR Admin / Vendor Management / Relationship Management
- Have an experienced in managing a team would be preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and analytical thinking
- Excellent with Ms. Excel/ Google Sheets (VLOOKUP, SUM IF)
- Able to work under pressure at a fast-moving working pace
- Enjoy roles that revolves around vendor management & doing repetitive daily operation
- Willing to be employed under contract employment
- Willing to traveling
- Willing to be placed at Semarang with full 5 working days WFO
