About Position

Love books and design Join us as a Layout Designer and bring stories to life with clean, beautiful layouts!

This is a remote, part-time role (open to Indonesian citizens only) with the chance to grow into a full-time position. Youll work on book and accessory projects with an international team, collaborating closely with US-based colleagues, so excellent English communication (spoken & written) is a must. Youll be turning ideas into polished, production ready designs.

What Youll Do:

• Design and prepare book & accessory layouts in Adobe InDesign
• Create and adjust visuals in Adobe Illustrator
• Ensure files are clean, consistent, and production-ready
• Collaborate with the team through online check-ins

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Design, Arts, Communication, or similar
• 3+ years as a Graphic/Book Designer (book layout projects preferred)
• Strong skills in Adobe InDesign & Illustrator
• High attention to detail and design taste
• Excellent English communication skills (spoken & written)
• Comfortable with remote work and available on US West Coast hours (GMT-7)
