Job Description
Manage daily food manufacturing operations to achieve production, quality, and efficiency targets. Ensure proper execution of processing, packaging, and sanitation activities. Monitor line performance, downtime, yield, and waste. Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, quality, and safety standards. Lead supervisors and operational teams on site. Control operational costs, manpower, and resource utilization. Prepare routine operational and performance reports.
