Job Description
Perform and lead food manufacturing operational activities according to SOPs. Operate and monitor processing and packaging equipment. Check product quality, process parameters, and equipment condition. Support supervisors in maintaining food safety, hygiene, and safety standards. Provide on-the-job guidance to operators. Record operational and production data accurately.
