BIM Modeler Architect

Were looking for a detail-driven and experienced BIM Modeler/Specialist to join our team, specializing in wall systems including GRC, UHPC, ACP, and curtain wall assemblies. Your Role:

As aBIM Modeler Architect, youll:

Develop detailed 3D BIM models usingRevit/ArchiCAD

Collaborate with architects & engineers for clash detection (Navisworks)

Generate construction docs, BOQs, and renderings

Create Shop Drawing from revit model

Support project coordination across disciplines

Youll Thrive If You Have:

Degree inArchitecture/Engineering

1-3+ years hands-on experience inBIM modeling

Expertise inRevit (mandatory)

Knowledge ofLOD 300-500+

Strong problem-solving and teamwork skills
