Bill of Materials Specialist will be placed in our 1st plant, PT. Smoore Technology Indonesia in Malang.

Job Responsibilities

1. Responsible for BOM management processes, ensuring the completeness and compliance of all material data.
2. Maintain BOMs and related documentation, including timely updates and revisions of technical data.
3. Manage process routing documentation to standardize and optimize product manufacturing workflows.
4. Implement and track ECN management to ensure effective execution and documentation updates.
5. Responsible for managing R&D master data process documentation to maintain data accuracy and consistency.
6. Assist in collecting and providing R&D-related data as required by customers.
7. Provide administrative support for R&D department

Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree or above, with at least one year of relevant work experience.
2. Proficient in Excel and other data processing tools for data analysis and report generation
3. Experience with ERP systems (such as SAP, MES, etc.) and BOM software is preferred.
4. Strong communication skills, data-sensitive, meticulous, and patient.
5. Average in English, can use English as a working language.
