Bilingual Customer Service Agent Representative (Mandarin Speaker)

We are looking for a Bilingual Customer Service Representative with strong English and Mandarin proficiency to support a project within our Customer Service team. Located in Jakarta, Indonesia.

Job Details:

- Contract-based position

- Shift work arrangement (non negotiable)

- Interact with our customers and help them find solutions to their questions/problems.

Requirements:

- Proficient in English and Mandarin both written and verbal (MANDATORY)

- Proven language proficiency (certification, test results, or professional experience preferred)

- Prior experience in customer service or project-based support is an advantage

- Able to work in shifts and adapt to a fast-paced environment
