- Responsible for receiving and ensuring correct delivery of guest's luggage to and from rooms, airport, and cars and assist all guest inquiries
- Bellman performs various errands related to the guest's needs, comfort and satisfaction
- Promotes and desired work culture around The Hotel Ayana MidPlaza as world leading brand
- Minimum of 2 years experience in similar role in a luxury hotel is essential
- Must be strong in discipline and must possess team working skills
- Must be cost conscious
- Should be able to lift and carry weights during busy times
- Must be able to perform efficiently during rush periods
