Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the project lifecycle (from feasibility studies to handover) and familiarity with public procurement frameworks and government tender processes.
Strategic Network: A proven track record and an established network with property developers, government agencies (e.g., Ministry of Public Works), SOEs (BUMN), and international consultants.
Soft Skills: Exceptional negotiation and presentation skills; must be fluent in both English and Indonesian.
Analytical Ability: Strong skills in market research, financial modeling, and competitor analysis to identify high-value opportunities.
Tools Proficiency: Proficient in using CRM software such as Salesforce or HubSpot to manage the sales pipeline.

Market Intelligence: Conduct high-level industry research to identify emerging trends and monitor nationally strategic infrastructure projects.
Lead Generation: Proactively hunt for new business leads through networking, industry events, and digital platforms like LinkedIn.
Tender Management: Lead the preparation of winning proposals, including Expressions of Interest (EOI), Pre-Qualifications (PQ), and formal tender submissions.
Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain trusted relationships with key decision-makers, investors, and potential consortium partners.
Strategic Growth: Develop and execute annual business growth plans, setting clear Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as win rates and revenue targets.
Contract Negotiation: Direct the negotiation and closing of deals, ensuring all contracts meet legal standards and corporate profitability goals.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Technical, Estimating, and Legal teams to ensure proposed solutions are feasible and competitive.
