Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Barista role located in Jakarta, Indonesia. The Barista will be responsible for preparing and serving coffee and other beverages to customers, ensuring quality and consistency. Day-to-day tasks include operating coffee equipment, handling customer orders, providing friendly service, maintaining cleanliness and hygiene at the workstation, and managing inventory or supplies as needed. Team collaboration and ensuring customer satisfaction are key aspects of this role.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Barista skills and expertise in food preparation
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills to provide exceptional experiences
• Excellent communication skills for engaging effectively with customers and team members
• Punctuality, attention to hygiene, and the ability to multitask in high-paced environments
• Relevant experience in hospitality or caf/restaurant settings is a plus
• A passion for coffee and a positive, team-oriented attitude
