We are seeking a
Banking Product Specialist with hands-on experience in
banking software to support our customers in the financial services industry. This role involves managing banking product lifecycles, understanding customer needs, coordinating with principals, and supporting Sales with solution proposals and product demonstrations.
Responsibilities
- Manage relationships with product principals, Sales Account Managers, and customers related to banking software solutions.
- Understand and execute the product management lifecycle, including planning, requirement gathering, testing, and enhancement.
- Support Sales teams in identifying customer needs and translating them into product and technical requirements.
- Prepare technical proposals based on customer requirements.
- Create product cost calculations together with business partners.
- Deliver product and solution presentations to customers and stakeholders.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and business partners.
- Communicate project requirements, solution gaps, and product updates to principals and partners.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in one of the following: Informatics Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
Minimum 3 years of experience in one of the following:- Banking software implementation
- Core banking systems
- Digital banking or payment systems
- Switching / host-to-host integration (Experience with ATM/EDC/TCR product protocols is an added advantage.)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Curiosity, analytical mindset, and information-gathering ability
- Understanding of banking/payment protocols (NDC/DDC, ISO 8583, ISO 20022)
- Knowledge of banking operations or digital channel workflows
- Ability to translate business needs into product requirements
- Comfortable working with both technical and business stakeholders
- Experience with product lifecycle management is an advantage
