Job Description

The BAP Relationship Manager Emerging Business Banking (BAP RM EBB) is a 12-month fast-track training program aimed at developing top young talent to drive the bank&aposs revenue growth. This program combines in-class learning, on-the-job training, and mentorship from subject matter experts. Trainees will be assigned to the Emerging Business Center, where they will focus on generating leads and building relationships with potential Company customers.

Job Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor&aposs Degree from any major
• Minimum GPA of 2.75 on a 4.00 scale
• Candidate with experience in a sales role are preferred
• Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
