Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic BaliSales Executive to join our growing team in Bali!

Open to local and foreign applicants who are passionate about sales, leisure and the hospitality industry!

  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, associations, and leisure market
  • Develop customized proposals and pitch decks based on client needs
  • Handle sales inquiries and coordinate with other departments
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth event execution
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback
  • Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities

Requirements

  • Min 2 years of experience in Sales within the MICE (Meeting, Incentives, Conferences, Exhibition) and Leisure industry
  • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation skills, and networking skills
  • Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting/exceeding targets
  • Target driven with a proactive and professional attitude
  • Fluent in English; fluency in Mandarin is a strong advantage
  • Willing to be based in Bali
