Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and produce a variety of breads, pastries, and desserts.
- Ensure food quality, presentation, and proper temperature standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and comply with USPH food safety regulations.
- Operate and maintain bakery equipment safely and efficiently.
- Support cost control and minimize food waste.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in pastry/bakery production.
- Background in Culinary Arts or certified pastry/bakery training.
- Strong knowledge of doughs, batters, and baking techniques.
- Familiar with ovens, mixers, and bakery equipment.
- Good English communication skills.
- Experience in hotels, bakeries, or cruise lines is a plus.
- Minimum 21 years old.
