To support their digital transformation initiatives, they are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Backend Developer to join their IT team.

Job Description:

The Backend Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining backend systems and services. The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions that support core business processes and enhance the overall system architecture.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain backend applications using Java Spring Boot or Quarkus

- Design and implement robust and scalable RESTful APIs

Work with relational databases such as SQL Server, PostgreSQL, and MySQL

Collaborate with frontend developers, business analysts, and QA engineers to ensure seamless integration and functionality

Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code in accordance with best practices

- Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment

processes

Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of professional experience as a Software Developer, Backend Developer, or similar role

Strong experience with Java Spring Boot or Quarkus

Proficient in REST API development and integration

Hands-on experience with SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or MySQL

Experience with React.Js is a plus

Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team

Familiarity with the insurance or financial services sector is an advantage
