Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Information Technology
35 years of experience as a Developer Lead
Strong leadership, critical thinking, and analytical skills
Proficient in code review and problem-solving, with the ability to analyze, evaluate, and identify effective solutions
Excellent communication and influencing skills
Preferably experienced in leading teams using Agile principles and familiar with the insurance domain
Solid understanding of microservices architecture, messaging, CI/CD, DevSecOps, and AWS services (SES, S3)
Hands-on experience with Java, Spring Boot, React Native, Angular, or ReactJS
Experience with Quarkus and Kafka is preferrable
Keeps up to date with IT trends and emerging technologies
Willing to work on-site (WFO)

This position will be assigned to one of our clients, IFG Life (insurance industry), located in Central Jakarta.
