Back End Developer

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Backend Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services and APIs using Java and Spring/Spring Boot. This position requires a strong understanding of database management, particularly in crafting complex SQL queries and optimizing query performance. The candidate should be familiar with OJK Audit processes or other data reporting tasks and be capable of independently managing requirements to deliver impactful results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services and APIs using Java and Spring/Spring Boot.
• Execute complex SQL queries and perform query performance tuning to ensure optimal database functionality.
• Collaborate on OJK Audit and other data reporting initiatives.
• Manage project requirements independently and deliver high-quality results.

Required Experience & Skills:

1. Proficient in Java and Spring/Spring Boot for backend development.
2. Strong expertise in complex SQL and database performance tuning.
3. Familiarity with OJK Audit or related data reporting processes.
4. Proven ability to manage requirements independently and deliver results.

Soft Skills:

1. Excellent communication skills with a willingness to learn new technologies.
2. Strong understanding of loan-related business models, both online and offline.
3. Degree in Computer Science or a related field with a minimum GPA of 3.5.
4. Proactive attitude, fluent in spoken English, and high self-motivation.
