Smartven mengotomatisasi bisnis. Kami bantu ratusan entrepreneur membangun passive income business menggunakan smart vending machines dan software solutions. Target: 10.000 klien di 2036.

Sebagai B2B Sales & Business Advisor, Anda tidak sekadar jual mesin. Anda architect solusi bisnis untuk klien, kemudian watch mereka succeed selama bertahun-tahun.

Example take home pay sales rep kami:

  • Bulan 1-3: IDR 6M base + 1-2M commission = IDR 7-8M
  • Bulan 6-12: IDR 6M base + 4-6M commission = IDR 10-12M
  • Tahun 2+: Potential IDR 15M-20M+/bulan (base + commission + bonus)

TANGGUNG JAWAB UTAMA

1. Hunt & Build Pipeline — Identify prospects (F&B brands, retail chains, logistics), prospecting via phone + LinkedIn

2. Architect Solutions — Diagnose client problems, design ROI model, show mereka kenapa payback period mereka realistic

3. Close with Confidence — Move prospects through pipeline: interest → proposal → signature (target: 20%+ closing rate)

4. Handoff & Protect — Personal handoff ke operations team, ensure zero over-promising, check client progress 30/90/180 days

5. Market Intelligence — Field insights (competitor moves, feature requests, customer success stories) → weekly update ke team

Milestone Success Looks Like Timeline:

  • Bulan 1 : Master product knowledge, run 20+ sales conversations, submit first proposal
  • Bulan 3: Close 2-3 deals, clients recognize Anda as expert

  • Bulan 2-3: Own your pipeline, 15+ qualified conversations/week, 15+ proposals/week, 10 closed deals by end Month 3
