B2B Partnership Assistant Manager

Main Responsibilities

• Developing partnership strategis and identifying potential partners that align with company goals
• Creating pitch proposals, negotiating, and managing the onboarding of new partners
• Planning, coordinating, and executing co-branded campaigns, product collaborations, or events, both online and offline activities
• Maintaining and strengthening relationships with exisiting partners to ensure long-term, mutually beneficial collaborations
• Tracking, analyzing, and reporting on the performance of partnerships to optimize future collaborations
• Staying up to date with industry trends, competitor activities, and the influencer marketing landscape
• Work Collaboratively with other divisions to ensure deliverables are aligned with internal and external parties

Main Qualifications

• Proficiency in developing and managing Partnerships and establishing Strategic Partnerships
• Proven expertise in Account Management and effective relationship management
• Strong Analytical Skills to assess market trends and inform decision-making
• Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to a dynamic fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with the hospitality or food and beverage industry is a plus
• 5 years experience in partneship, F&B Industry are prefered
