Job Description

Integras is a growing printing and packaging manufacturer specializing in offset printing, paper bags, corrugated boxes, and premium food packaging. We help brands grow through reliable quality, creative solutions, and strong execution.

We're looking for a driven B2B Outbound Sales Specialist to accelerate our growth by actively generating new leads, approaching prospects, and building long-term partnerships. This role requires a proactive individual who enjoys outbound selling, understands client needs, and can convert opportunities into recurring business. You'll collaborate closely with our teams to deliver tailored packaging solutions that help our clients scale & run their brands.

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales and new customer acquisition targets.
  • Conduct outbound prospecting through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and visits to identify new business opportunities.
  • Develop leads and close deals in key sectors such as F&B, cosmetics, retail, e-commerce, and FMCG.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers and purchasing teams.
  • Understand customer needs and translate them into effective packaging solutions.
  • Collaborate with marketing and design teams to strengthen lead generation and brand positioning.
  • Maintain high discipline in CRM usage, reporting, and pipeline management to ensure predictable results.

Qualifications

  • Education: Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's (S1) in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related fields.
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year of B2B sales experience, ideally in SAAS, fintech, POS, banking, or other outbound-driven industries or experience in sales/telemarketing/promotion roles
  • Strong in lead generation, prospecting, and closing B2B deals.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
  • Understanding of the printing or packaging industry is a strong advantage.
  • Highly disciplined, self-motivated, results-oriented, eager to learn, with a passion for building lasting customer relationships.
