About the Role

We're looking for an Awards & Partnerships Head to oversee and drive the execution, partnerships, and commercial readiness of theAsianparent Awards a multi-market programme recognising the most trusted mum-and-baby products and services across Southeast Asia.

This is a senior role requiring strong experience in awards programmes and large-scale event execution, with the ability to manage complex stakeholders, oversee end-to-end programme delivery, and support monetisation through strong brand partnerships.

Based in Jakarta our centre of Awards operations you will work closely with the Awards Director, collaborating with regional teams across SEA. You will play a critical role in keeping the entire Awards cycle running smoothly: from coordinating brands and judges, to delivering a standout Awards Gala that reinforces credibility, trust, and commercial value.

What You'll Do

Event Leadership & Execution

  • Oversee the planning and execution of theAsianparent Awards Night and related Awards activations across markets.
  • Manage venue sourcing, production partners, logistics, AV, show flow, rehearsals, vendors, and guest hospitality.
  • Ensure all event executions reflect the Awards credibility, scale, and premium positioning.
  • Anticipate operational risks and ensure smooth on-ground delivery during peak event periods.

Awards Programme & Partnership Management

  • Oversee the operational rhythm of the Awards programme from nominations and submissions to judging coordination and winners roll-out.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with parenting, FMCG, and lifestyle brands across markets.
  • Track new product launches and market movements to inform category planning and brand outreach.
  • Develop and maintain partner decks, participation guides, and timelines.
  • Support the Awards Director and Sales team in securing early commitments for badge licensing, tables, sponsorships, and related commercial packages.

Judges & Expert Network Coordination

  • Manage a professional roster of clinicians, editors, and parent testers across SEA.
  • Oversee judge onboarding, profiles, communications, conflict-of-interest declarations, and rubric alignment.
  • Ensure all judging activities are conducted in line with governance, transparency, and integrity standards.
  • Serve as the main operational liaison between judges and the internal Awards team.

Operations & Continuous Improvement

  • Coordinate closely with Sales, Creative, Content, and Regional teams to align timelines, assets, and deliverables.
  • Maintain structured documentation, trackers, and operational playbooks across Awards cycles.
  • Produce post-cycle reports covering brand feedback, judging operations, and event execution insights.
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, scalability, and consistency year-on-year.

Qualifications

Core Requirements

  • 510 years of experience in events, awards programmes, brand activations, or partnership-led initiatives.
  • Proven experience managing large-scale events or awards programmes with multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong project management and organisational skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and confidence working with senior brands, experts, and internal leaders.
  • Ability to manage multiple timelines with high attention to detail.

Highly Advantageous

  • Direct experience working on an awards programme (nominations, judging workflows, scoring, finalist/winner roll-out).
  • Background in FMCG, parenting, beauty, lifestyle, or adjacent consumer categories.
  • Experience working across regional teams or multi-market programmes in Southeast Asia.
