Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth clients, providing personalized financial solutions and exceptional customer service
- Proactively identify client needs and provide tailored investment, wealth management, and banking products to meet their financial goals
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated financial solutions and ensure a seamless client experience
- Actively participate in client events and networking activities to expand the client base and strengthen the bank's presence in the local community
- Maintain a thorough understanding of the bank's products, services, and market trends to provide informed advice and recommendations to clients
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets through effective client relationship management and business development strategies
Requirements
- Have experience in a similar role, preferably in the banking or wealth management industry
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with high-net-worth clients
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to understand and address client financial needs
- Proficient in the use of financial analysis tools and customer relationship management (CRM) systems
- Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and contribute to the overall success of the organization
