Job Description
1. Lead the end-to-end CPaaS product strategy to bridge the current revenue and aggregator acquisition gaps.
2. Optimize the product lifecycle to accelerate Time to Market for new features and technology improvements.
3. Manage multi-role stakeholder environments, ensuring seamless transition from development to delivery and operations.
Requirement
1. 8+ years of experience in Product Management, specifically within the CPaaS, Messaging, or Digital Services sector.
2. Proven track record of managing high-growth product portfolios and large-scale aggregator partnerships.
3. Strong commercial acumen with the ability to translate technical roadmaps into revenue growth.
4. Deep understanding of the CPaaS ecosystem (A2P SMS, RCS/RBM, WhatsApp Business API, Voice APIs, and Authentication services).
5. Proven track record of designing and executing Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies that resulted in significant market share growth.
6. Strong experience in managing Aggregators and Global Hyperscale's; ability to negotiate commercial terms that balance profitability with competitive pricing.
7. Full P&L responsibility experience, including budget forecasting, revenue leakage mitigation, and margin optimization.
8. Familiarity with API integration, SMPP protocols, and cloud-native architectures to effectively bridge the gap between business needs and engineering teams.
9. Bachelor's or master's degree in business, Computer Science, or Engineering.
