Lead the design, development, and evolution of digital platforms supporting Telco Network and Service Operations (OSS/BSS, analytics platforms, automation platforms).
Drive modernization of operation platforms to enable data-driven, API-enabled, and cloud-native network operations.
Translate network operation requirements into scalable digital platform capabilities and reusable services.
Enable seamless integration across OSS, BSS, data, AI, and cloud platforms to support operational intelligence and automation.
Ensure platform reliability, scalability, security, and performance aligned with enterprise architecture standards.
Govern platform lifecycle including architecture design, development roadmap, release management, and continuous improvement.
Manage collaboration with managed service partners, system integrators, and technology principals from solution design through delivery and adoption.
Work closely with Network Operations, Data & Analytics, AI teams, and Cloud teams to ensure platforms effectively support AI/ML and automation use cases.
Ensure digital platforms meet operational SLAs, cybersecurity requirements, and regulatory standards.
Optimize platform cost, performance, and technical debt through proactive lifecycle management.
Qualification
Educational Background:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Telecommunications Engineering, or related field.
