Job Description:

As the AVP of Operations, you will play a pivotal role in driving strategic initiatives and operational excellence across the organization. This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution to ensure our business runs efficiently, scales effectively, and delivers measurable impact.

1. Strategic Planning & Execution

  • Develop and refine the company's strategic roadmap, ensuring alignment with overall business goals and long-term objectives.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and internal performance to identify growth opportunities and mitigate potential risks.
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives and special projects, ensuring timely execution and achievement of defined outcomes.

2. Operational Efficiency & Process Improvement

  • Evaluate current operational processes to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.
  • Design and implement scalable systems and processes to enhance productivity, cost efficiency, and quality standards.
  • Establish, monitor, and analyze KPIs to track operational performance, using insights to continuously optimize workflows.
  • Collaborate with cross-departmental teams to ensure alignment between strategy and execution.

3. Leadership & Stakeholder Management

  • Act as a key business partner and advisor to senior leadership, providing data-backed insights and recommendations for decision-making.
  • Lead and mentor cross-functional teams to ensure collaboration, accountability, and delivery of strategic priorities.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders across departments, ensuring clear communication and alignment on key initiatives.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in program management, strategy consulting, or field operations.
  • Proven experience in managing day-to-day operations, optimizing business processes, and coordinating cross-functional projects.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Highly organized, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
