Summary
To drive growth by owning the end-to-end commercial process for our technology solutions, from initial client engagement in fluent Mandarin through to post-contract support. The role requires facilitating deal executionincluding pricing, negotiation, and contract finalizationwhile providing critical strategic guidance on tax and regulatory matters. A key responsibility is to serve as the essential bridge between clients, internal technical teams, and management, ensuring all business development initiatives are seamlessly coordinated, fully compliant, and successfully delivered
Key Responsibilities
1. End-to-End Business Process & Deal Management:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, leading intensive and proper communication in fluent Mandarin throughout the entire sales and delivery cycle.
- Facilitate and manage the core business process activities, including:
- Initial Response: Promptly responding to and qualifying new customer interests.
- Requirements Gathering: Leading discussions to comprehensively gather and document customer requirements.
- Pricing & Negotiation: Facilitating the pricing strategy development, leading negotiations, and securing mutually beneficial agreements.
- LOI & Agreement Finalization: Driving the process to obtain signatures on Letters of Intent (LOI) and leading the definition, internal approval, and execution of final contracts.
- Project Deployment Liaison: Acting as the key communication bridge for the customer during the project deployment and delivery phase, ensuring alignment and managing expectations.
- Post-Contract Support: Facilitating responses to customer inquiries or complaints during the contract period to ensure high satisfaction and retention.
2. Business Development & Strategy:
- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within target markets.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Develop a deep understanding of customer needs to strategically position our solutions.
3. Cross-Functional Coordination & Support:
- Facilitate Technical Coordination: Work closely with technical and operations teams to ensure customer requirements are clearly understood and feasible.
- Translation & Communication: Accurately translate related documents, including customer presentation decks, contracts, and technical materials, to ensure perfect understanding between all parties.
- Process Improvement: Continuously analyze and improve the end-to-end business process for greater efficiency and effectiveness.
Qualifications & Experience
- Education: Minimum Bachelor's degree (S1) in Management, Business, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Language Skills:
- Fluent in Mandarin Chinese: Both spoken and written, with the ability to conduct professional negotiations, translate complex documents, and build rapport. This is a critical requirement.
- Fluent in English and Indonesian: Proficient in both written and spoken communication.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of work experience in Business Development, Sales Management, Account Management, or a similar client-facing role where Mandarin was actively used in a professional setting.
- Proven Abilities: Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Leadership & Organization: Demonstrated organizational and leadership abilities to manage complex, multi-stage processes.
- Technical Proficiency: Computer literate with high proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello, Jira), and other relevant tools.
- Personal Attributes: Demonstrates high adaptability, flexibility, and thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment. A proactive and results-oriented mindset.
Preferred (Plus):
- Experience in the Telco, IT, software, or technology services industry.
- Practical understanding of business contracts, tax implications, and regulatory compliance is a significant advantage.
