One of The Largest Private Banks is building a Personalized Engine for Rewards, Segmentation & Offerings (PERSO - Personalization Engine), a core in-house platform that determines customer benefits, segmentation, and personalized offers in real time.
This is a build-from-scratch, high-impact project with a tight delivery target. We are forming a small, strong delivery team and are looking for hands-on, passionate engineers who enjoy building critical systems not maintaining legacy ones.
What We're Building
PERSO is a centralized decision engine that:
- Determines customer rewards and benefits (eg. free admin fees, free transfers)
- Handles customer segmentation logic
- Powers personalized offerings across channels
- This platform is owned and built in-house and designed to be reliable, scalable, and auditable, suitable for banking-grade workloads.
Role Description
- Strong experience in test automation (API, integration, regression)
- Comfortable designing test strategies for complex business logic
- Performance and reliability testing experience is a strong plus
Tools
- Load testing with k6
- CICD, automated testing, cloud-native delivery
- Development device: MacBook 14* M5
- Experience with Grafana is a plus
