Automation Engineer Staff

The Automation Engineer candidate has the task of inspecting and carrying out repair and maintenance activities for production machines related to the automation system/control system.

Responsibilities

• Make a plan for developing automation according to the needs of the company.
• Determine critical items related to the automation system and create a maintenance plan.
• Communicate the automation system maintenance plan with the related maintenance section.
• Collect data related to automation and perform analysis to increase productivity.
• Create a report related to the progress of the project that is being done.
• Carry out activities to achieve the company&aposs quality goals.
• Make correction and prevention measures for not achieving the company&aposs quality goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor/Diploma in Mechatronics, Electronic Engineering
• Able to program PLC, HMI
• Able to program & teach Robot Arm Multi-axis and Cartesian Robot.
• Understanding electrical and engineering settings, drive motion, linear motion, and Robotics Systems.
• Understanding the Pneumatic and Hydraulics system
• Understanding drawing technique, mechanical and wiring diagram / electrical installation
• Understand the principle of weak and strong electric current
• Can join ASAP
