Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Economics with a major in Accounting
- 57 years of experience in a reputable public accounting firm or related field.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian Accounting Standards (PSAK), International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), and auditing principles.
- Excellent analytical, technical, and auditing skills.
- Proven leadership and management abilities, with exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to handle multiple engagements and priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Summary of duties:
- Oversee multiple client engagements in a wide range of industries, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
- Maintain active communication with clients to manage expectations, address concerns, and drive effective change initiatives.
- Provide consultative advice on business and process improvements, acting as a trusted business advisor to clients.
- Lead and mentor project teams, providing training and development opportunities while conducting performance assessments.
