Job Description
Supports the execution of poultry health programmes to ensure effective disease prevention, biosecurity, animal welfare, and flock performance across operations. The role bridges poultry health strategy and field execution by coordinating implementation, monitoring performance, and supporting incident management. Support implementation of poultry health programmes, including vaccination, biosecurity, and flock health monitoring. Coordinate field execution of poultry health protocols with operations and veterinary teams. Monitor flock health indicators, compliance, and field performance, escalating issues as required. Support investigation and resolution of poultry health incidents and disease outbreaks. Ensure adherence to poultry health regulations, animal welfare standards, and biosecurity requirements. Maintain poultry health records, reports, and documentation. Provide guidance and work coordination for junior poultry health staff. Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance flock welfare and performance.
