Job Description
Supports day-to-day poultry health activities to ensure effective disease prevention, biosecurity, animal welfare, and flock performance. The role focuses on field support, routine monitoring, and documentation in line with established poultry health protocols. Support implementation of poultry health programmes, including vaccination, biosecurity, and routine flock health checks. Assist in monitoring flock health indicators, morbidity/mortality trends, and compliance with health protocols. Support field execution of poultry health practices in coordination with operations and veterinary teams. Assist in investigation and reporting of poultry health issues and disease incidents. Ensure adherence to poultry health regulations, animal welfare standards, and biosecurity procedures. Maintain poultry health records, logs, and routine reports. Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance flock welfare and farm performance. Follow established poultry health procedures, safety practices, and governance requirements.
