Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth clients, understanding their financial goals and providing tailored solutions
- Proactively identify and capitalize on cross-selling opportunities to grow the client's portfolio
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as Wealth Management and Investment Advisory, to deliver comprehensive financial services
- Ensure exceptional client service and address any queries or concerns in atimely and professional manner
- Contribute to the achievement of team and individual sales targets
- Stay updated on market trends, products, and regulatory changes to provide informed advice to clients
Requirements
- Have experience in a client-facing role within the banking or financial services industry
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients
- Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills to understand client needs and provide suitable solutions
- Proficient in using financial analysis tools and customer relationship management (CRM) systems
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Commitment to delivering exceptional client service and maintaining high standards of professionalism
