About The Role
This is not a typical finance role. You will sit directly inside the CoFounder Office and work alongside the Chief Strategy Officer on the decisions that shape Pinhome's direction across all business verticals — from property transactions and home services to new market expansion, partnerships, and corporate finance.
You'll be expected to think like an owner: turning messy, ambiguous problems into clear analysis, driving projects end-to-end, and influencing decisions at the company's highest level. If you want a role where your work directly moves the needle on a multi-vertical P&L and gets read by the CEO and board — this is it.
What You Will Do
Strategic Finance & Analysis
- Build and own financial models for M&A, JV partnerships, scenario planning, and commercial feasibility assessments across Pinhome's verticals
- Lead unit economics analysis across business lines, operating models, and geographies
- Own company-level budgeting analysis, ROI tracking, and strategic investment evaluation
- Develop investor-ready materials and support board reporting, or partnership discussion
Decision Intelligence & Insights
- Translate raw business and operational data into sharp, decision-ready insights for the CSO and CEO
- Design and maintain automated dashboards and self-service tools for OKR tracking, company-wide P&L performance, and operational KPIs
- Apply statistical methods (forecasting, segmentation, significance testing) to validate business hypotheses across products and markets
Strategic Projects
- Project manage high-impact cross-functional initiatives from diagnosis through execution — spanning property, home services, and emerging verticals
- Partner with Business, Operations, Product, and Finance leads to structure problems, run analyses, and drive accountability
- Serve as a thought partner and execution arm on priority strategic bets — acting as a proxy for the CSO when needed
What You Will Need
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Statistics, or a related field — from a top-tier university with strong academic performance
- 1–3 years of experience (fresh graduates with exceptional credentials are strongly encouraged to apply)
- Prior exposure to financial modeling, business analysis, or strategic consulting (internships count)
- Familiarity with data tools: Excel/Google Sheets (advanced), SQL or Python is a strong plus, BI tools (Looker, Tableau, Metabase) is a plus
- Sharp analytical mind with genuine business intuition — you don't just run numbers, you know what they mean
- Comfortable working in ambiguity with minimal guidance; you create structure where there is none
- Strong communicator who can distill complex analysis into a crisp narrative for senior stakeholders
- High ownership mentality — you treat assigned problems as your own, not tasks to check off
