Associate Strategy & Growth Manager

Job Description

• Drive end-to-end marketing campaigns: plan, segment, design incentives, and launch
• Manage daily marketing operations: voucher setup, in-app messages, landing pages, visuals, placements
• Test, track, and optimize: run A/B experiments and report on performance and budgets
• Monitor trends and competitors in PayLater/fintech turn insights into actionable strategies
• Support strategic initiatives and growth experiments with leadership across teams
• Provide data-driven analysis and recommendations to product, marketing, and business development
• Co-create promos and campaigns tailored to Core Product's (Flight, Hotel, Travel Activities, Buses and Trains, etc.) needs and customer behavior
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Design, Finance, Data Analytics and Data Science, Core Product teams to ensure smooth execution of projects

Requirements

• 3-4 years of experience in marketing operations, partnerships, CRM, or business development (tech/fintech/BNPL/startups preferred).

• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate insights.

• Comfortable with campaign tools, CMS, or CRM platforms (e.g., Braze, landing page builders, etc.), or open to learning.

• Capable in Excel / Google Sheet for data analyses, and in Google Slides / Docs for presentations.

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination experience. Background in Product or Business in tech startups are preferred but not necessary.

• Self-starter, comfortable operating in ambiguity and wearing multiple hats.
