Job Description

We are looking for a talented Interaction Designer to join our team. In this role, you will contribute across various phases of design projects, turning insights into user-centered design solutions. Your work will span from research and usability testing to wireframes, user flows, and prototypes from low to high fidelity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct user research and usability testing translate findings into actionable design outcomes

• Produce wireframes, user journeys, and prototypes for digital products and services

• Test and validate concepts through feasibility and usability studies

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate findings effectively

• Stay up to date with industry trends and apply them to design strategies

• Manage multiple projects with frequent iterations and evolving requirements

• Partner with internal stakeholders to create design solutions that align with business goals

Requirements

• 3-5 years of hands-on experience as a Designer in the industry
• Educational background in Visual Communication Design, Interaction Design, Product Design, Service Design, or related fields like Human-Computer Interaction or Computer Science-or equivalent practical design experience
• A strong portfolio that showcases interaction design skills, understanding of design principles, and application of Human-Centered Design methodology (methods, tools, storytelling, and iterative thinking)
• Experience designing for web and mobile platforms using tools like Sketch, Adobe Creative Cloud, Balsamiq, Zeplin, ProtoPie, Miro, or similar
• Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal
• Highly adaptable, accountable, and collaborative, with the ability to work in fast-paced and often ambiguous environments
