Job DescriptionWe are looking for a talented Interaction Designer to join our team. In this role, you will contribute across various phases of design projects, turning insights into user-centered design solutions. Your work will span from research and usability testing to wireframes, user flows, and prototypes from low to high fidelity.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct user research and usability testing; translate findings into actionable design outcomes
- Produce wireframes, user journeys, and prototypes for digital products and services
- Test and validate concepts through feasibility and usability studies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate findings effectively
- Stay up to date with industry trends and apply them to design strategies
- Manage multiple projects with frequent iterations and evolving requirements
- Partner with internal stakeholders to create design solutions that align with business goals
Job Requirements- 35 years of hands-on experience as a Designer in the industry
- Educational background in Visual Communication Design, Interaction Design, Product Design, Service Design, or related fields like Human-Computer Interaction or Computer Scienceor equivalent practical design experience
- A strong portfolio that showcases interaction design skills, understanding of design principles, and application of Human-Centered Design methodology (methods, tools, storytelling, and iterative thinking)
- Experience designing for web and mobile platforms using tools like Sketch, Adobe Creative Cloud, Balsamiq, Zeplin, ProtoPie, Miro, or similar
- Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal
- Highly adaptable, accountable, and collaborative, with the ability to work in fast-paced and often ambiguous environments
